M&T Chef Battle!!!!
Sunday, July 20th 6:00pm - Muss v Chef Michael Deihl, Executive Chef, East Lake Golf Club (Master Chef in Training)
‘New School’ v ‘Old School’,
‘Mom & Pop’ v ‘Country Club’
Format: 6 Elixirs (5 Fine Wines & 1 World Class Beer)
12 Dishes (1 dish per chef for each elixir going head to head at the same time)
Turner will pick the wine and beer and do a blind tasting with the chefs before the event. They will take notes and prepare a dish to match the flavor profiles they detect. As pure of a culinary experience that you can have from each of these talented chefs. Neither will know what the elixirs are until after each course is served that evening and nor will the guests. The chefs nor guests will know each other’s dishes are until that evening. Each chef will have a team with them to help execute the meal.
From the front community table area or our restaurant, you will be able to watch them real time battle it out. The guests will help judge to determine a winner and will receive critical commentary from guest chefs Ryan Hidinger, Chef de Cuisine of M&T and Chris Hall, Chef de Cuisine of 4th & Swift. The competition is friendly, but don’t think for second these chefs will be ok with losing.
Cost $125 per person plus tax & gratuity
