Functional & Fun

Come learn more about wine in a way that is functional and in an atmosphere that is comfortable and fun.

No pretense or boring seminars, but active tasting and open forum discussion that is facilitated in way to truly help you learn wine not just cram a bunch of useless information in your head.

Wine doesn't have to be so mysterious and complex. After all it is only fermented grape juice. There is so much to learn in this vast and elusive subject, but in these classes the goal is help become proficient in characterizing a complex liquid for what it is and not for what someone else tells you. Anyone can talk about wine, but not everyone can describe the flavors, nuances and textures with confidence.

You will learn through Vinicode system of wine evaluation from person who co-created it, Ted Field.
