Muss & Turner’s East Cobb opened in March of 2017 as the second location of Muss & Turner’s.

We are so grateful and overwhelmed by the strong embrace from the East Cobb community. We invested a lot in designing an original space and unique experience for the East Cobb community and we can’t wait to share it with you all!

Muss & Turner’s East Cobb now offers full service all day in the dining room and at the bar. Beginning in October 2017, we are serving brunch on Sundays from 10am-3pm.

The East Cobb lunch menu looks similar to the lunch menu Muss & Turner’s Smyrna, with an emphasis on soups, salads, sandwiches, sides, desserts, fries and scratch-made dipping sauces. We spiced it up with few additional offerings including a handful of extra fish items, a wider range of salad add-ons, extra soups, a few sides, and a new signature sandwich created as an ode to the partner’s favorite local restaurant – The Tasty China.

We started out by serving the same menu at lunch and dinner, but after listening to our guests in East Cobb, we expanded the dinner menu to include small plates and entrees.

We offer a selectively-curated beverage program featuring roughly 23 wines by the glass or bottle, six rotating local craft drafts, several beers by the glass or can, and eight cocktails – including our versions of classics along with seasonal, hand-crafted cocktails.

The kids menu replicates our Smyrna kids menu with 10 locally-sourced, high-quality options and will include a handful of kiddie mocktail specialty drinks.


Ryan and Todd carefully blended familiar brand elements with creative new touches, sourced locally and reflective of the East Cobb neighborhood. The kitchen was massively expanded to include an open concept – surrounded by the iconic Muss & Turner’s red counter – that includes the addition of two Big Green Eggs. We glassed in the existing patio area to expand climate-controlled year-round seating within the restaurant. The bar remains, however we repurposed the shutter décor from the ceiling to surround and enclose the area to create an adult-centric zone.

Two interior walls are covered with hand-painted murals by local artist and M&T Smyrna server, Rachel Bongard. One, a 20-ft black and white acrylic painted mural featuring funky takes on menu items and ingredients. The other, a 30×10-ft color-filled typography chalk menu with pop culture influences. Additional artwork features a giclee canvas collage adorned with photographs taken by Michael Mussman – Todd Mussman’s brother. Ten synchronized TVs linked to a sound system will play throwback Top 40 music videos from 1976-1996 for a nostalgic dining experience.


Those who have visited us before will see familiar faces. We have 15 returning Common Quarter team members, four veteran M&T Smyrna team members and a handful of new hires on staff.
