Atlanta Strength & Conditioning and are national bestselling authors of two cooks books. Eleanor will facilitate a discussion with Julie and the group and Chef Dameren will be serving a three course paleo dinner.

Anniversary Potluck
We are thinking about making the anniversary M&T Ambassador / Staff potluck in early February an annual tradition. It is so awesome to see all of you bring the thunder with your culinary talents. It was started as an opportunity for our staff and guests to spend some time celebrating with each other around great food and drink and has created some of our most fond memories over the last ten years.
