Great feedback from the survey! I really appreciate all of you who took the time to take it and also provide some additional comments and context. As always it was a humbling but necessary exercise for us.
The three major factors we are focussed as a result are as follows.
1. Menu selection
2. Parking
3. Service
I assure you we are all over this and you will start to see improvements immediately with the dinner and beverage menu selections as well as with service. We are working on a global parking solution with the landlord and hope to announce something soon.
A couple of survey comments that I wanted to address to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- To the person who was charged for mayo and mustard. Long story short that was a major communication snafu and no one is getting charged for condiments other than our fancy aiolis we offer with the fries. If you are open to it, please contact me so I make this right with you.
- One of you is a lunch only person and didn’t realize that we provide full table service at night with our dinner menu. Deli counter service is only during the day.
- *Some of you may not know that we offer full table service for lunch in Eleanor’s?
- If you don’t see open reservations slots on Open Table, always call the store and ask for a manager. We don’t put all our tables up on OT, so that we can accommodate walk ins or phone ins. We will do our best to find you a table if you call ahead.

I’m excited to announce our new General Manager, Curt Hummel.
Curt has vast GM experience and has now been with us since mid September. He has very quickly endeared himself to the family and already has had a major impact on the operations of M&T. He is married, has three children, a beer expert, wine geek, loves people, hospitality, food and is an Arsenal fan. He is going to be a great teacher and coach to our management team and will raise our game in so many ways. We couldn’t be more excited to have him on board. Please introduce yourself next time you are in.
