With Muss and Turner both New England natives, lobster rolls became a no brainer for our summer menu. We bring in roughly 150 lbs of fresh, live lobster from Inland Seafood weekly and break down all that fresh claw, knuckle and tail meat for our lobster rolls. That’s 6oz of lobstah goodness in every single roll.
