We are excited to announce that Muss & Turner’s will be transitioning our reservations to a new reservation platform, RESERVE, beginning Monday, February 19.

If you already have a reservation with us through OpenTable after Feb. 19, don’t stress.
We have transferred your reservation and we look forward to serving you!

What does the change mean to you?
Not much by way of making reservations. You will still be able make reservations by calling or booking through our website via your mobile device, tablet or computer. For more ways to book, visit reserve.com or download the RESERVE app.

RESERVE offers several new features that we are excited to share with you including:

  • Text to confirm reservations (no more calls!)
  • Intuitive mobile booking process with no login required for easy booking on the fly
  • Greater availability of reservations options

Why the switch?
Not only is RESERVE a more cost effective option for independent restaurants, but their technology has also progressed to the point we feel RESERVE offers us significant advantages.

A lot of folks don’t realize that restaurants actually pay the cost for guests to make reservations with OpenTable. Restaurants are charged per guest each visit which quickly adds up to thousands of dollars per month, a big hit for independent restaurants like us. So, in an effort to keep our prices as low as possible for our guests, we’re transitioning to a platform that offers us more savings with great technology.

RESERVE’s new booking software also helps us to manage our reservations more efficiently and effectively, ultimately allowing us to offer a wider range of available seating to our guests.

Many of our locally respected peers – Canoe, Rathbun’s, Aria, Cooks & Soldiers, and more – have made the switch to RESERVE and we are pleased to join them! Read more about why these restaurants have made the switch here.
