New Year’s Eve
Dameren has come up with a great menu and we will be announcing to the public tomorrow. We are not doing a prixe fixe menu this year but we are doing a special menu, just a la carte. Dinner Menu
Couple of additions since the last menu posting I gave you.
 
Dan Dan Duck ground pork, duck leg confit, egg noodles, soy-sesame broth, Szechuan chili oil, pickled mustard greens, scallion, cilantro, peanuts 
*This dish is blowing everyone’s minds including mine.  
 
Ribeye Spinalis* (GF) brussel sprouts, red wine pickled mushrooms, horseradish crema

Local Bourbon
A bunch of the Unsukay staff recently went for a tour and bottling session with our good friends at ASW Distillery in Atlanta. We are now serving ASW’s The Fiddler Unison Bourbon. It is fantastic and all hand bottled by our team members. Come get you some. 
  • Fiddler Unison Bourbon (Beginning with release 8-present; married with our own in-house bourbon stocks that we distilled on our traditional, Scottish-style copper pot stills using corn from Ranger, Georgia’s Riverview Farms).

Read What We Read
If you are curious about the restaurant industry, food halls etc., read this article from Grub Street Chris Hall sent to me and Muss the other night. I’ve enjoyed visiting Krog Street Market as well as Ponce City Market. It will be interesting to see how the business case for the food hall craze proves out over time. It hasn’t made sense for us but we are watching.

2018 Sweetwater Second Helping
Mark your calendar for our annual cask tapping of the 5th release of this amazing beer on January 9, 2018 to help raise $ for TGK. Time TBD. Late afternoonish. Thanks to our good friends at Sweetwater and United Distributors for their amazing generosity year after year. They are making more than ever this year so more lives will be positively affected. Drink good and do good. 
 
Team Hidi 6 Tickets Moving Fast
I was thrilled to learn at our board meeting last night that there are only 8 tastemaker and 173 general admission tickets remaining. TH6 will no doubt sell out soon so I wouldn’t procrastinate much longer. If you’ve not been, you really should treat yourself. It is an epic event. Tickets>
