Gluten Free Pizza is now available at MTH Pizza and we are super stoked about it as we finally found a flour that we are very proud to use, eat ourselves and share with our guests. Just like our regular pizza dough, our gluten free dough is also made from scratch in house daily, in limited batches, and served 8″ x 10″ deep dish style. The flour is a 100% all natural proprietary blend of rice and potato starches, rice and soy flour, sugar, thickeners and dietary fiber imported from Naples, Italy. It makes for an amazing texture, color and flavor that will fool anyone, even Muss.
WARNING: Our facility is not celiac friendly due to the amount of glutinous flour being used.
