Two weeks ago the bottom fell out on us. We could not be more grateful for your loyalty, support and generosity during this harrowing experience. It has been our fuel and inspiration to push through the uncertainty and discomfort. You are amazing! All things considered and relative to many of our peers, we are doing ok and filled with gratitude. We are using your tips to feed our staff as well as those of our restaurant friends who closed and need help as well as the Giving Kitchen staff. We are launching the application process for the Employee Support Fund this week so those in most need can apply for assistance. You have stepped so big to help provide an immediate safety net and we will be good stewards of this money. We are in line with our bank for the CARES Act loan assistance and will do our best to make sure our restaurant family is impacted as little as possible by this crisis. We knew we had a great management team prior to this, but WOW have they have stepped up big under extreme stress and anxiety to unify, support each other, adapt and battle together. We are so proud of them. Please recognize them next time you come to pick up food. They are heroes to us and our company.

If you are looking for family meals that are hot and ready for pick up Local Three is the place to go. Here is preview of their family meals for the week for pick up. FYI- with no traffic L3 is only 10 minutes from M&T.
BRUNCH KITS starting this Saturday
Serves 4-6 @ $75
1 large tin cinnamon rolls (baked in the tin, just need warming up)
1 qt eggs, cracked
10 slices Nueske’s bacon (cooked)
6 buttermilk biscuits (baked)
1qt. Logan Turnpike grits (cooked, with reheating instructions)
2 qt pancake mix
Maple syrup
1 pt. Fresh berries
1 qt. Fresh squeezed orange juice

PS- There are a lot of information sources out there right now. A trusted friend sent me this video of a Pulmonary Cardiologist at Weill Cornell Medical Center in NYC. I only offer this for your consideration as you navigate through the learning curve. He has been exclusively treating only COVID -19 patients for the last three weeks. A week ago he got a Zoom conference which appears to be for his friends and family network to give his front line assessment and answer questions. It already has 3.4 million views. For me, it is authentic, empowering and enlightening as everyone is learning real time about a virus humans have never encountered.
