10/1/17 Winner Winner Chicken Dinner for Two on Sunday Nights is back after 7 years in retirement but with a new twist. Each week our chefs will be coming up with a new theme to take you around the culinary world via whole chickens roasted on the Big Green Egg.
So the new name is Winner Winner, Worldwide Chicken Dinner- For Two.
*Ambassadors have first dibs- I’m sending out email to over 10,000 people about this at 3pm if it doesn’t sell out with you.
This Week’s Theme: We start at home with Georgia
- Georgia apple salad- smoked chili cheddar, dried cherries, walnuts, bitter greens, rosemary-bacon vinaigrette
- Whole Springer Mt. chicken roasted on the Big Green Egg
- BBQ baked Georgia Peanuts (just like baked beans but with peanuts)
- Locally grown green bean casserole
- Warm Biscuits with honey butter
- Charlie’s Pecan Pie with High Road vanilla ice cream
- Bottle of White or Red Wine

10/4/17 Come help us celebrate Eleanor’s Birthday. I am going to turn the spotlight on her and interview her Charlie Rose style. Lindsay is creating a special birthday cocktail which will be followed by 4 courses of wine and food pairings, Eleanor asked for Rona, Brandon, Kim and Dameren from our culinary team to create delicious dishes which will be paired with some of Eleanor’s favorite wines.
