Ambassadors,
Happy new year! I hope 2023 is being kind to you so far.
Thank you so much to all of you who have visited or even frequented Roshambo early on. The feedback so far has been very encouraging and the team has done an amazing job executing a busy opening.
M&T turns 18!
We are a couple weeks away from celebrating our restaurant adulthood and we’d love to celebrate that milestone with you! We have set up a couple of fun events to connect with you and officially reactivate the community table for the first time since March 16, 2020.

An Ode to M&T 2005 hosted by Muss & Turner
Muss and I are going to host a food and bev pairing honoring our opening year as a gourmet deli and retail shop. We will share three selections each of some of our favorite cheese and charcuterie paired with three wines and beers which we will be procuring from the vintage beer cellar of The Brick Store Pub. Our good friends are opening up their vault (literally) for us to pick some rare tasty treats to enjoy. If you are not familiar with BSP, it is widely considered one of the best beer bars in America if not the world. Click> and go to the 2 min mark if you want to a glimpse of the beer vault that houses over 18,000 beers.

A Friday Night Follies Comeback
Join us in what used to be our Friday night ritual 2006 – 2010 and one could argue how we ended up pregnant aka in partnership with Chris Hall. He would roll in from his Friday night shift at Canoe with a bunch of great wine and soon enough it became a unique wine potluck that was attended by many of our regular guests and was affectionately coined the Friday Night Follies.
Chris is planning to bring a bunch of allocated and highly rated wines from his collection for everyone to enjoy and break bread together.
Hosted at our community table with arrival starting at 8:00pm
When the kitchen dies down from Friday night volume our chefs will start cooking a bunch of dishes and serve us family style. This will be a very casual and festive evening.
$49.93 per person plus tax and gratuity
+ bring at least one special bottle of wine to share with others.
Hope you can join us! Please come by to say hello even if you can’t commit to one of the events.
